• Trust After Trauma Coaching

  • The Trust After Trauma Coaching Program has been developed to specifically address the interpersonal struggles folks experience after being raised in dysfunctional family systems and/or after experiencing interpersonal trauma such as domestic violence. TAT Coaching provides extra support for folks currently in treatment for interpersonal trauma, attachment/borderline personality "disorders".  

  • $100.00 monthly subscription (no auto-renewals, must be pre-paid)

  • Includes roughly 90 minutes or 6,000 words a month (don't worry, we don't charge for exceeding that amount). Texts are returned within 24 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, provider vacation/emergencies or natural disasters. Days provider is not able to return your texts will be credited back to your account. 

  • Available in all 50 States.

• Glimmers Therapy Group-

  • Specialized group for folks struggling with chronic suicidal thoughts and self-harm. We use an trauma informed IFS/EMDR approach.​ In this group you will not be shut down for sharing as this is a process focused group. Yes, learning skills and techniques are a vital component but so is being able to actually talk without fear of involuntary commitment. 

  • ​Cost of group: $20​

  • Meet bi-weekly on Monday @530 via Microsoft Teams (no MS account needed).

  • Available only in Oklahoma.

  • ​A private pay option for folks wanting therapy services without the online records and risks. No insurance or government invasion into your private health care. With your information in paper-pen form, ya don’t have to worry about hackers having your diagnosis or knowing your true feelings about your mother-in-law.
